FAQs

How do you ship your artwork?

We do not roll our prints. Immediately after drying our prints are sealed in archival sleeves. Orders are shipped flat and insured for the total value. Framed pieces are carefully inspected by our printmaker and framer before being sent to you.

How long does shipping usually take?

Typically all orders ship out the next day, and arrive same week. In the event of delay we will inform our customers immediately. We always provide a tracking number to you as soon as your purchase ships.

What is a Giclée?

Pronounced JEE-KLAY, a giclée is a fine art print of archival quality made using pigment ink instead of dye. In professional printers, pigment ink reproduces colors with near perfect accuracy and is thus better suited for photographic images than dye based inks. Pigment inks do not fade with time and do not cause interactions with the paper.
